Tailored Safety Strategies for OSHA Compliance

At Czaja Safety, my mission is to create safer workplaces by delivering exceptional safety training, compliance solutions, and OSHA-aligned programs. I have over 20 years of occupational safety and health experience. My first introduction to safety was as an Airman in the US Air Force, where I volunteered to be the shop safety liaison. After that, it was on to the emergency response team at work. Then I spent years as an EMT-I. That lead to over 15 years of training and safety management. My experience includes over 10 years teaching EHS topics to adult learners from companies in manufacturing, utilities, construction, and more. My time as a manager and director at manufacturing companies gives me first hand knowledge of the issues a small business faces.

I am a board certified safety professional (CSP), one of 9 in Buffalo. I take safety seriously, and am committed to staying up to date on regulations, advancements, and new ways of keeping safety relevant, fun, and affordable.
